I am riding my second Ryder product, a new Mover trike and it is just wonderful. Having some stability issues I found I couldn't ride a two wheel bike anymore. *Please note that this warranty does not cover wear and tear, nor bikes that lack regular servicing. Be aware that battery capacity can decrease with each charge and use. Warranty claims for the battery need to be submitted in writing to hello@fullyampd.au. Typically, a battery will perform at 60% capacity after 2 years of use or 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first.
