Here at Fully Amp'd we don’t just sell you an electric bike or e-rideable, we make sure that it is always kept in tip top condition. People expect, even with the age of the internet, that there will be an after sale service. This is why we repair / service and conduct all warranty issues for all electric bikes, even the ones we did not sell to you. Yes, we are happy to look at any ebike and we will try and help and get you back on track in no time. (please be aware that if you bring in your ebike dirty and full of cobwebs we will charge a cleaning fee before we start work. This will be quoted at the time of drop off. It may be a good idea to clean your ebike before you leave it with us.
Safety Note:
We will not be able to work on ebikes that do not meet Australia Regulations. By bringing in your ebike to Fully Amp’d you agree to know the legal status of your ebike. Should Fully Amp’d start work on an illegal ebike or e-rideable without that knowledge, Fully Amp’d will stop the service or repairs and you will be charged $110. Before you bring in your ebike, make sure it is legal or call us for more information
FULL SERVICE • $160
(Recommended every 12 months)
Our complete service is the most comprehensive piece of work we will do to your electric bike. The complete service includes all points from the basic service plus:
- Clean bicycle (complete clean)
- Clean drivetrain, including taking off and reinstalling jockey wheels
- Check chain stretch – Fit new chain if stretch> 0.5%
- Clean and relube chain
- Check cassette and chainring wear
- Check brake pads and replace if worn
- Check tyre wear and replace tyres if worn (after quoting customer)
- Check the battery status and report
- Test ride
- Note any other issues that require immediate action and discuss with customer
- Give time/km estimate for first full service
Please note Tricycles are charged at $189.
NEW BIKE 3 MONTH SERVICE • $30
All ebike purchased at our store should have this done before your riding adventure. It is recommended that this check is done within 3 months and/or up to 400km in total distance travelled. We:
- Check and correct spoke tension
- Check and correct wheel trueness
- Check and correct torque of bolts and screws
- Check and correct bearing play
- Check and correct tyre pressure
- Check and correct gears adjustment
- Check and correct brake adjustment
- Check electric drive and fix any issues
- Check lights and reflectors and fix any issues
- Check bell and fix any issues
- Check and update any software needed (especially mid drives)
- Test ride
- Clean bicycle (quick clean)
- Give time/km estimate for first full service

The life and performance of your battery decrease with age.
As a lot of riders rely on their electric bikes and e-rideables as their main form of transport we always recommend purchasing a spare battery, we also recommend sending your battery into us for a load test that checks the capacity loss of your battery.
*If you get your battery checked with us and then purchase a new battery we will discount the cost of your battery check from the total price.
So you basically get a FREE Battery Test!
